Privacy Policy
Who we are
RamsKit is an early-access product based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact hello@ramskit.co.uk.
What we collect
- Early-access sign-up: your email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your trade and company size.
- Optional survey answers: how you currently produce RAMS, how often you need them, and what you'd expect to pay.
- Usage analytics: pages viewed, interactions (e.g. which sections you open), approximate location and device/browser type, and the marketing source (UTM/ad parameters) that brought you here.
How we use it
- To contact you about RamsKit early access and launch.
- To understand demand and shape what we build.
- To measure which marketing channels and messages work.
Our legal bases are your consent (for early-access emails, which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interests (in understanding demand and improving the product). We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
Analytics & cookies
We use PostHog (EU-hosted, eu.i.posthog.com) for privacy-friendly product analytics, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether our adverts are working. Google Ads sets cookies for conversion attribution. We do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing the core function of this site.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the processors that run this service on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), PostHog (analytics), Google (ads measurement), and our email provider for sending you updates. Each processes data under its own agreement and only on our instructions. We may also disclose data if required by law.
Storage & security
Data is stored with EU/UK-based providers and protected in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We keep early-access data only as long as needed for the purposes above; if you ask us to delete it, or once it's no longer needed, we remove it.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK/EU adequacy regime or Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or restriction; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; and receive a copy of your data. Email hello@ramskit.co.uk and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Children
RamsKit is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll let early-access subscribers know by email.
